Unique, exciting, different, and classy…these are just a few ways to describe Catering by Charles Rubin. Charles’s passion and love for cooking goes back many years. He first got his Hotel and Catering Management degree in classic catering before working at the top hotels in South Africa and Israel. Several years later, he extend his scope and opened up delis and bakeries, enhancing traditional recipes with new twists. Shortly after moving to Israel, Charles owned his own Restaurant in Eilat. Later opening up Lechem Haaretz Bakery, With Satellite Stores and supplying healthy and nutritious breads to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Bakeries.
Charles was then recruited to come to United States and open up a Kosher restaurant in San Diego. After years in the restaurant business, he later committed exclusively to catering. He has since catered dozens of galas, Many Many weddings, banquets, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more. Not only is his food exceptionally tasty and well prepared, but his exquisitely executed vision and professionalism never fails to impress!
